Have Question in Mind About Glamping?

The frequently asked questions (FAQ) about glamping are designed to inform customers about our policies and procedures. By providing clear answers to common questions, we hope to make the booking and stay experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for our guests.
Faq
We make everything very easy. On the day of your event we deliver, setup and style your glamping or picnic experience using our premium luxury standard. We then return to pack down the next day (or collect same day for public picnics once your event has concluded).
We have two tent sizes available for hire. Our medium 4m bell tent requires 5m x 5m diameter space, Our largest 5m bell tent requires 6m x 6m diameter space. The extra meter allows for us to tie down our guy ropes.

Yes! We can setup on paving, decking, artificial grass, concrete and tennis courts. We use 25kg sandbags to secure the tent onto your surface which requires an additional $150 added to your booking for extra time and labour required for setup.

All of our bell tents are completely waterproof and cosy warm in winter with our add on heaters and in summer have the option to open windows, door for extra air flow or use our add on fans.

In the event of extreme weather forecast and warnings (wind/ rain), for the safety of you and your guests we may need to reschedule your event or change the nature of your setup (i.e move to indoor glamping or indoor picnics etc).
We will keep you in constant contact leading up to your event so that all options are presented to you.

Our Head Office is located in Braeside, Melbourne. We service all suburbs within 35kms of this location.
Here at Melbourne Glamping we have a trained team of friendly , skilled staff to ensure your delivery and setup is hassle free, quick and 5 star. We work to a running order so that your event will be setup prior to your guests arriving. We inform you 24 hours before your event of an approximate time of arrival (i.e 12-3pm) and will update you again on your event day of an exact ETA.

We return the next day to pack down your booking from 11am onwards and will again update you with exact timing.
